USA maps did not deliver

I expected more from this App, especially after paying for it. Its basic, bland and offers nothing extra I couldnt already get from a free App. Even Puerto Rico isnt included. Why?

Just a bunch of map images really. At least they could have allowed a touch hyperlink to individual states and back to save time. Please add some value or return my money.
